OEM & Custom

Change the I/O. Keep the board.

We customize COM, LAN, display interfaces, BIOS and silkscreen on current industrial SBCs and Mini-ITX platforms. You get the interfaces your machine needs without waiting for a full new product development.

What we change

Practical customizations on existing platforms.

Most OEM requests are solved by changing the I/O map, panel headers or BIOS—not by designing a new CPU platform.

Serial ports

Adjust COM count and protocol. RS232, RS485, or mixed. Isolated ports available on selected platforms for industrial and vehicle use.

Ethernet

Single or dual LAN. Optional 2.5GbE on current boards. Multi-port gateway configurations available as finished systems.

Display & panel

LVDS or eDP, HDMI/VGA combinations, and front-panel headers matched to your enclosure or AIO design.

BIOS & marking

Custom BIOS logo, boot behavior and silkscreen. Useful for private-label and brand consistency on volume builds.

Power & mechanical

Wide-voltage input on selected platforms, mounting options and chassis pairing for fanless or compact systems.

What we do not start

A new CPU platform, extreme temperature designs (e.g. −40 °C), or one-week Gerber services are not treated as custom jobs.

How it works

From your I/O list to a validated sample.

01

Share the requirements

Tell us the application, target volume, and the interfaces you need. We confirm which current platform is the best base.

02

Scope & quote

You receive a clear scope: what changes, timeline and engineering cost. No layout work starts until the I/O list is frozen.

03

Sample

Layout samples typically ship in 8–12 weeks. Standard platforms remain available from one unit while custom work proceeds.

04

Volume & support

Once validated, we move to controlled production with documented revisions and a product-change notice before last-time-buy.

Typical timeline & cost

Clear expectations before work starts.

A new layout sample is normally 8–12 weeks after the interface list is locked. Engineering starts from USD 1,500. Stuffing and BIOS changes on an existing board are faster and lower cost.

What to prepare

  • —Application and approximate annual volume
  • —Required COM, LAN and display interfaces
  • —Power input range and enclosure constraints
  • —Any BIOS or private-label requirements
  • —Target certifications (if already known)

The more complete the list, the faster we can confirm scope and timeline.
